Christmas Singing For Residents At Fynvola Foundation, Faversham  -Tuesday 19th December 2017

The Choir were invited to entertain the residents at Fynvola ( a Foundation that provide specialist care for people with learning difficulties) with a Christmas Carol Concert on 19th December.   It's the first time we have been to this venue and a thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all!  The lively Christmas songs we sang went down well with those listening and the Choir members were all presented with a gift as a thank you.  We look forward to a return visit in the future.

Rotary Pensioner's Christmas Lunch - Monday 11th December 2017

Another fantastic concert at the Alexander Centre for the elderly residents of Faversham today.  The Rotary Club invited the Choir, once again, to perform.  A lively selection of Christmas music was sung by the choir to a very appreciative audience.    A new arrangement of 'When Christmas Comes to Town' from the Polar Express went down well; as well as the traditional carols.   The Children then handed sweets and biscuits around and chatted to the audience.

Catholic Church Christmas Bazaar - Saturday 25th November 2017

The Choir sang beautifully to a packed Alexander Centre today  - the first of many Christmas performances this year.  They sang a variety of modern and traditional Christmas arrangements to a really appreciative crowd!  Well done to groups of Yr 5 and Yr 6 children who also featured in their first group 'solos'.  Lots of positive comments were received, here's a selection:  "...such magical singing."  "...they are just brilliant!"  "...so beautiful, this has really started off Christmas for us!"    An excellent start to our Christmas concerts.  Well done Choir!  Mrs Lanceley.

St George's Day Celebrations - 23rd April 2017

The choir joined with local residents and the Mayor of Faversham at the Alexander Centre to celebrate St George's Day, where they performed a 20 minute programme of music including tunes from a variety of films and musicals. The children handed sweets around the tables and spent a long time talking with the people there - we received many positive remarks about the children's performance and their interactions with the community. Over 100 OAPs enjoyed the choir's performance and we have already been invited back again next year!

Choir Delights OAPs of Faversham at Christmas

We were invited by the Rotary Club of Faversham to sing in the local community at the OAPs' Christmas lunch on Monday 5th December 2016. The choir sang a selection of Christmas tunes to finish off the celebrations. After singing, the children chatted to members of the community and handed out mince pies!
