About our school
St Mary of Charity is a smaller than average primary school, serving the market town of Faversham. The school is divided in to 7 classes, teaching children aged from 4 to 11 years. Our school has four houses with Year 6 pupils leading the children in their house: Barber, Almshouse, Judd and Abbots.
Our Christian ethos is very important to us and enables children and staff to learn and succeed together.
The school shares its site with a Children's Centre and St Mary's Playgroup and we are lucky enough to share outside learning space with Queen Elizabeth Grammar School.
St Mary of Charity converted to academy status on the 1st August 2015 with the Canterbury Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust, Aquila.
